At Dinosaur Training, we’ve been filling orders for our books and other products since 1996 – and over that time we’ve filled tens of thousands of orders for satisfied customers — and we’re very proud of our customer service.

SHIPPING

We ship all orders within 24 hours – the only exception being an order that arrives on Saturday evening, a federal Holiday or the evening before a federal holiday. (Of course, if we run a pre-publication special for a book or other product, we can’t fill the order until we receive the finished product from our printer or other product supplier. But as soon as WE have them in hand, they’re out the door to YOU!)

TO PLACE AN ORDER BY MAIL

Unlike many others, we welcome old-fashioned orders through the mail. That’s how books, courses and barbells sets have been sold or over 100 years – and it’s a pretty good way to do business.

If you order by mail, please send a check or money order. We strongly recommend that you not send cash. We have had several instances where a customer sent cash through the mail and the money “disappeared” in transit. So if you send cash, you do so at your own risk.

We can accept personal checks drawn on banks in the USA. We cannot accept personal checks drawn on foreign banks. If you are ordering by mail from anywhere outside the United States, please send an international money order payable in U.S. dollars. For example, customers from Canada could send a Canadian Postal Money order.

TRAINING QUESTIONS

We’d love to be able to give personal answers to training questions from customers, but we’re just not able to do so. Running the Dinosaur Training business is a full-time job 7 days a week, and we need to focus on creating products for you and on filling your orders. However, we welcome training questions from our customers, and try to answer the most common questions in my daily emails, in training articles, or in posts on the Dinosaur Training Blog

BIRTHDAY, CHRISTMAS AND OTHER GIFTS

If you are ordering a Dinosaur training product for someone else as a birthday, Christmas or other “special occasion” gift, please contact us by email if you’d like us to include a card or note, or (if you are ordering a book) to make it an extra-special gift by autographing it.

MILITARY ORDERS

We are proud to treat military orders as special orders – and are happy to include a special note or to autograph a book if it is going to a man or woman in the Armed Forces. If you’d like special treatment for a military order, please let us know by email.
